This booklet mainly focuses on Diversity statistics in the Labor Force with special pages on Racial diversity and Disability statistics.

The Design System
To visualize the concept of diversity even more, the different categories of labor in the booklet (Arts and Design, Architecture and Engineering, and Media and Communication) and its statistics were color-coded for easy reading and accessibility.
It also became multi-functional to divide blocks of text into a much more welcoming layout.
